The Uni-Q Panel Design Platform is our proprietary web-based tool for ACM panel fabrication. Enter your panel dimensions, return and bend dimensions, panel type and fabrication parameters. The platform then generates fabrication-ready panel geometry to Uni-Q standards, including cutting, grooving, bending, corner reliefs and holes.

We prepare your shop drawings, usually within one business day. Review them, raise questions through tickets, and sign off in the portal.

Approved panels become production data: unfolded blanks, bend lines and drill points, exportable from your order as CSV or PDF.

Your panels are routed, V-grooved and drilled on our CNC, and your order moves to Production so you always know where it stands.

Submit your CNC-ready fabrication files, send us the complete project drawings for our team to take off and estimate, or use the Uni-Q Panel Design Platform to prepare and submit your panels directly. Pricing depends on the material, sheet quantity, panel quantity and complexity, fabrication requirements, components, and overall project size.
Our preferred production format for CNC cutting and panel fabrication is DWG. We also recommend including a PDF copy of the same drawing for visual reference and verification.
Not necessarily. If you already have fabrication-ready files, you can submit them directly. If not, Uni-Q can provide design and file preparation services, or you can use the Uni-Q Panel Design Platform to enter your panel dimensions and prepare your order.
Depending on the project and material specifications: ACM, solid aluminum sheet and plate, HPL, zinc composite, copper composite, MDF/HDF, fiber cement, and other compatible sheet materials.
Yes. Custom processing can include complex geometries, curved or unusual panel conditions, parametric designs, custom CNC work and project-specific fabrication. Send us your sketch, drawings or 3D model, and our team can review the fabrication requirements.
