About Uni-Q

From Idea to Form

At Uni-Q, fabrication is at the core of what we do.

We fabricate a wide range of metal and selected non-metal materials using specialized machinery, digital tools and an experienced production team capable of transforming ideas and digital designs into physical forms.

A major part of our operation is dedicated to the fabrication of Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) and aluminum composite panels, supported by CNC machining, panel fabrication, custom processing and digital production workflows.

BUILT FOR CONTRACTORS WHO NEED SPEED, ACCURACY, AND RELIABILITY.

Our workshop was built around one idea: fabrication should remove friction from the construction process, not add to it. That means accurate CNC cutting, consistent quality, practical lead times, and a team that understands how real projects move in the field.

From ACM and aluminum plate to HPL, cement board, MDF, and custom perforated systems, we support a wide range of architectural applications with one coordinated workflow. Whether the job is a single custom feature or a large commercial package, we focus on making the material arrive ready to install.

We work closely with contractors, estimators, and project teams to reduce mistakes, simplify production, and keep momentum on schedule. The result is fabrication that feels organized, responsive, and built for the realities of modern construction.

To make ACM panel design and fabrication more accessible, we have also developed the Uni-Q Panel Design Platform, our proprietary web-based solution that helps customers design panels and prepare them for fabrication more efficiently.

Our capabilities extend beyond conventional panel production. Whether the requirement is a standard fabricated component or a complex custom form, our goal is to find a practical path from design to production.

OUR STORY

Uni-Q was established in response to a growing need for reliable, high-quality fabrication services for architectural metal and sheet materials.

As architecture and digital design continue to evolve, building façades are becoming increasingly customized and geometrically complex. New digital and AI-assisted design tools are making it possible for architects and designers to explore forms that were previously difficult to develop or manufacture.

But designing a complex form is only part of the process.

It still has to be built.

That is where we see Uni-Q’s role.

When an architect, designer, contractor or client decides to turn an ambitious façade concept into a physical product, our goal is to provide the fabrication capabilities, digital tools, equipment and technical experience required to help make it possible.

We built Uni-Q around this connection between creative ideas and physical fabrication.

A CONNECTED PATH FROM IDEA TO FORM

We see fabrication as more than a single manufacturing operation. It is a connected process that begins with an idea and ends with a physical form.

  1. 01Idea
  2. 02Design
  3. 03Digital Preparation
  4. 04CNC Machining
  5. 05Fabrication
  6. 06Finished Form

Uni-Q can support customers at different stages of this process, from early concepts and panel design to fabrication-ready files, CNC machining, fabrication and final preparation.

OUR APPROACH COMBINES:

By bringing these capabilities together, we aim to create a more efficient connection between what can be imagined and what can actually be fabricated.

WHY UNI-Q?

Fabrication Capability

Our dedicated manufacturing facility combines CNC machining, fabrication, material handling, warehousing and packaging capabilities to support projects from production preparation through final pickup.

Proprietary ACM Design Platform

We have developed our own Uni-Q Panel Design Platform to simplify the process of designing ACM panels and preparing them for fabrication.

Technology-Driven Workflow

We combine CNC equipment, digital production tools, automation, AI-assisted workflows and experienced technical personnel to improve the connection between design and manufacturing.

Experience With Different Materials

Our capabilities extend beyond ACM. We work with a range of metal and selected non-metal sheet materials, allowing us to support different fabrication requirements and applications.

Custom & Complex Fabrication

Our combination of digital design, CNC machining, fabrication equipment and technical expertise allows us to evaluate and produce custom geometries and complex fabricated forms.

Speed & Quality

Our workflow is structured to provide efficient turnaround while maintaining consistent fabrication quality throughout production.

Great fabrication starts with understanding the idea behind the project.

Our goal is not simply to process material, but to create a clear and coordinated path between design, digital information, machinery, people and production.

You bring the idea.
We help turn it into form.

Supplying Contractors Across North America

GREATER TORONTO AREA

Primary fabrication and supply hub for GTA-based façade contractors and commercial cladding companies.

Canada

Country-wide supply to commercial contractors, glazing firms, and architectural façade teams on projects of all scales.

NORTHEASTERN UNITED STATES

Cross-border fabrication support for contractors in Michigan, New York, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.

Preferred Supplier to Contractors Across Canada & the U.S

Uni-Q took our complex mixed-material façade package and delivered every panel exactly to spec. The V-grooving was perfect, edges were clean, and they even flagged a dimension issue in our drawings before cutting. Saved us a week of rework.

Senior PROJECT MANAGER

GTA Façade Contractor

We needed 3,200 sq ft of ACM with custom perforations for a tight deadline. Uni-Q processed the DXF files overnight, confirmed the shop drawings with us, and delivered two days early. Now they’re our go-to for rush jobs.

OPERATIONS DIRECTOR

Ontario Cladding Company

Their white-label work is seamless. We send drawings, they fabricate under our brand, and ship direct to site.

Fabrication Manager

Toronto Installer

They understand how materials work together in real installations. The woodgrain routing was flawless, no chipping, and the plate was dead flat.

Principal

Vancouver Design-build Firm

For a 14-store rollout, we needed consistent output across multiple locations. Uni-Q processed ACM simultaneously, hit every deadline, and packaged parts so they arrived install-ready. Never had to chase them once.

Frequently Asked Questions

Uni-Q provides ACM panel fabrication, CNC cutting and machining, custom processing, façade design, estimating, file preparation support, and packaging & skidding services.

Submit your CNC-ready fabrication files, send us the complete project drawings for our team to take off and estimate, or use the Uni-Q Panel Design Platform to prepare and submit your panels directly. Pricing depends on the material, sheet quantity, panel quantity and complexity, fabrication requirements, components, and overall project size.

Our preferred production format for CNC cutting and panel fabrication is DWG. We also recommend including a PDF copy of the same drawing for visual reference and verification.

Not necessarily. If you already have fabrication-ready files, you can submit them directly. If not, Uni-Q can provide design and file preparation services, or you can use the Uni-Q Panel Design Platform to enter your panel dimensions and prepare your order.

Depending on the project and material specifications: ACM, solid aluminum sheet and plate, HPL, zinc composite, copper composite, MDF/HDF, fiber cement, and other compatible sheet materials.

Yes. Custom processing can include complex geometries, curved or unusual panel conditions, parametric designs, custom CNC work and project-specific fabrication. Send us your sketch, drawings or 3D model, and our team can review the fabrication requirements.
