Each panel is inspected for dimensions, extrusion placement, routing and riveting quality, surface condition and correct labeling before being released for shipment.

COMPATIBLE MATERIALS
We work with ACM from various manufacturers, subject to the selected product’s sheet size, thickness, core type, finish and fabrication requirements.
TECHNICAL LIMITATIONS
Panel dimensions are primarily limited by the available ACM sheet sizes. Before starting your design, confirm the selected manufacturer, available sheet dimensions, material thickness, core type and finish direction. Oversized or custom panels should be reviewed with our team before finalizing the design.

WHAT YOU NEED TO PROVIDE
For fabrication-only orders, provide flat-pattern panel files, properly prepared and nested within the selected ACM sheet size. Files should follow the Uni-Q CNC & Fabrication Drawing Template, available in our Resource Library.
