OUR MANUFACTURING FACILITY

Uni-Q’s facility is organized into dedicated areas for machining and fabrication, warehousing, packaging, and office and engineering operations.

FACILITY AT A GLANCE

Together, these areas create a connected workflow from digital project information to finished fabricated panels ready for pickup.

EXPLORE OUR FACILITY

Take a closer look at our machining, fabrication, warehouse, engineering and packaging operations.

FROM SHEET MATERIAL TO FABRICATED PANEL

Our 10,000 sq. ft. machining and fabrication area is dedicated to transforming digital production information and sheet materials into finished fabricated components and panels.

Depending on the material and project requirements, our production capabilities may include:

Following CNC machining, panels move through the required fabrication stages based on their individual geometry and project requirements. Our production workflow is designed to support both repeatable panel production and custom fabrication requirements.

CONNECTING DESIGN TO MANUFACTURING

Before materials reach the production floor, project information must be translated into clear and accurate fabrication information. Our office and engineering team supports the digital preparation and coordination required for production.

ORGANIZED MATERIAL & ORDER MANAGEMENT

Uni-Q’s 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse supports material storage, production inventory, completed panels and customer orders.

WAREHOUSE OPERATIONS INCLUDE

Material-handling equipment, including our 6-ton forklift, crane and sheet-lifting equipment, supports the movement of sheets, materials, fabricated products and packaged orders throughout the facility.

The warehouse team coordinates incoming materials and outgoing orders to maintain an organized flow between receiving, production, storage and customer pickup.

CHECKED BEFORE IT LEAVES THE SHOP

Every order goes through a structured quality check before it is packaged and released.

Dimensional Verification

Panel dimensions are checked against production drawings.

Surface Inspection

Finished surfaces are checked for visible damage or defects.

Quantity Verification

Completed panel quantities are checked against the order.

Panel ID & Label Verification

Panel IDs and labels are checked for correct identification.

Extrusion Verification

Extrusion type, location and installation are checked against production requirements.

Rivet Verification

Rivet type and specifications are checked against project requirements.

ACM Color Verification

ACM color and finish are verified against the project information.

Rivet Color Verification

Rivet color is checked for compatibility with the specified panel finish.

Production File Verification

Panel numbers are verified against the applicable production files.

Final Check Before Packaging

Completed panels are reviewed before packaging and pickup preparation.

PREPARING YOUR PROJECT FOR PICKUP

After fabrication is completed, panels must be organized and protected for handling and transportation. Uni-Q has a dedicated 1,000 sq. ft. packaging and skidding area for preparing completed projects for pickup.

Our in-house carpentry and packaging team can prepare:

PACKAGING WORKFLOW

  1. 01
    Panel Sorting & Grouping

Panels are grouped based on their shape, size and weight, keeping similar panels together for safer and more organized packaging.

  2. 02
    Protective Separation

Foam or cardboard separators are placed between panels to help prevent direct contact and surface damage during handling and transportation.

  3. 03
    Face-to-Face Stacking

Panels are arranged face-to-face wherever applicable to help protect finished ACM surfaces.

  4. 04
    Skidding & Boxing

Grouped panels are placed into appropriate custom skids, racks, crates or boxes based on their dimensions, quantity and handling requirements.

  5. 05
    Final Packaging Check

The packaged order is reviewed before being transferred to the warehouse for pickup or transportation.
